<p class="font_8">The Aldersgate project features two full cantilevered flights, delivering a dramatic architectural statement across both levels of the home. With oak box treads carefully colour-matched to the flooring, and a clean 50mm handrail with hidden fixings, every detail was considered to ensure a premium finish.<br>

The floor-to-ceiling tension rod balustrade is a standout element — not only for its scale and elegance but also for the custom aluminium joiners designed to secure the rods and create a subtle yet striking visual feature. The result is a bold and beautiful balustrade that anchors the space with both lightness and presence.<br>

This was a rewarding project with an amazing client, and one of three ongoing collaborations we’re proud to be delivering with the architect. We also provided a Producer Statement (PS1) to support the engineering requirements of the design.</p>
