<p class="font_8">The Frater project features a custom spiral staircase with a ribbon stringer, flat steel treads, and a clean 16mm rod balustrade. The central pole was cleverly integrated to replace the corner post of the deck, providing both structural support and architectural interest.<br>

The flat steel treads were designed to receive timber overlays, which were installed by the builder to tie the stair into the home’s material palette. We also supplied and installed the deck balustrade, ensuring a cohesive look throughout the outdoor space.<br>

Now surrounded by mature trees and planting, the stair sits comfortably within its environment. The client was pleased with the result and engaged us again to complete an internal balustrade and handrail, continuing the attention to detail throughout the home.</p>
